Aloha :)
We have some wonderful partipants in Live Raw health programs that are communicating directly with Kylie or via info@liveraw.com.au . From some recent people we have been working with, following are common questions we ask about your diet and health activities:
a good start would be to get the full blood tests done (from a local GP - but be firm with them that you want these results and not advice), and so we work out deficiencies and other issues. We also like Live Blood analysis at Live Raw.

a brief regarding her history to work out a plan include;

1. Diet
2. Sleep patterns
3. Menstrual Cycle (Female - Headaches, Breast Tenderness / Swelling etc)
4. Exercise
5. Posture
6. Skin
7. Mood - Emotional feeling state
8. Interests / Lifestyle
9. Bowel Movements

Hi Deb,

Thankyou for your enquiry, and great questions, and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Yes, the Paypal purchasing option is the safest financial institution we have researched and tested for online transactions. Paypal has your shipping details recorded on it's records, but you can let us know if you like if you would prefer somewhere else to be shipped.

For Green smoothies, it's good to start simple and build. I have some fairly complicated ones on video on the web site. Kylie is about to demonstrate a powerful but simple one shortly on video on the web site.

Following are the basics with options to build into more complicated ones. Include all of 1 through to 5 options below with one or more ingredients of each depending on availability, taste and health needs. Option 6 for fruit should only be considered if you are free from fungal, candida, cancer and other suger disorders such as insulan resistant diabetes etc. . Honey and Bee Polen in option 3 should be avoided in that case in option 3 also. Remember, not many people have completely irradiated fungal conditions from their body completely, but some of the sweeter superfoods in Honey and Berries are powerful.

Also, remember, that your particular body is unique and you have to find what works for you. Some people are Fat burners for energy and need more oils in the mix, some people are protein burners and need mix more of those and some are actually carbohydrate energy converters and can thrive on more fruit and berries without the insulan problems (small proportion of people).

Ok, So here are the options;
Fluid Base (2 Cups Approx): Filtered Water, or Spring Water, or Coconut Water or Herbal Tea, or even Organic Coffee
Cruciferous Green Vegetables: Celery, and/or Parsley, and/or Spinach, and/or Kale, and/or Broccoli and/or other green salad/sprout mix
Superfood Supplements: Mega Greens, and/or MSM, and/or Maca, and/or Honey, and/or Bee Polen, and/or Acai Berry, and/or Goji Berries, and/or Blueberries, and/or other Supperfoods.
Protein Supplements: Hemp (Legal only in U.S.A & Europe), and/or Mega Greens, and/or Pea Protein, and/or Rice Protein.
Oil Supplements: Coconut Oil, and/or Hemp Oil (Legal only in U.S.A & Europe), and or Krill Oil, and/or Organic Plant Based Oil Mix such as Udos Oil.
Fruit Supplements: Superfood Berries mentioned in 3. Superfood Supplements above and/or pineapple and/or watermelon, and/or.. others to taste :)

Deb, thankyou for your question. It's probably the most important question. Your smoothie is a complete food and is the staple food foundation on a raw died. After a while, simple salads become more desirable and your taste buds guide you back to more health alternatives once smoothies have been a big part of you diet for a while. Would you mind if I posted your question and answer on the public blog? I would naturally keep your personal details anonymous.

Warm regards,

Tim.
